We ship to all U.S. states except HI, MA, MI, NJ, NY, RI, and WI. We also do not ship to 6 metropolitan areas: Annapolis, Baltimore, Chicago, Howard County in Maryland, New Castle County in Delaware, Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Wilmington. See below for more details. We ship to all other U.S. states as TASER® ownership and usage is legal in all other areas*.

We process orders only for the United States. We do not ship TASER® Weapons to Canada or to Mexico, or to any other foreign country. For information about purchasing in other countries please write to International Sales at export@TASER.com

The ADVANCED TASER® M18, M18L, and C2 TASER® Weapons are legal in most areas, but it is your responsibility to know whether it is legal for you to own and possess in your specific geographical location. Background checks are required for every TASER® purchase. Should you subsequently sell or give your TASER® to a third party, you would be well advised to keep a permanent record of that person's full name, address, phone, drivers license, DOB and social security number.
